El Sol - Medium Roast

El Sol (the sun) is our latest medium roast which embodies notes banana and peach with lingering bits of chocolate. It is perfect for brewing drip and pour over.

This bean is of the arabica - pacamara variety and is a natural process meaning when the coffee is cultivated, and dried with the husks still intact, after it is dried it is then taken out of the husks and processed.
