Bella Vista - Medium Roast

This roast is from our family-owned Bella Vista Farm, it has notes of chocolate, green apple, and vanilla making it the perfect fruity medium you have been craving. Very good in espresso or drip coffee.

During the yellow honey process, as the coffee is drying, the coating on the outside of the beans begin to oxidize and darken in color. Beginning a golden color, coffee is stopped at this point and is referred to as yellow honey process coffee.
